Advantages Restores the skin's natural oils Cotton absorbs water while Dore & Rose's silk fabric repels it. Cotton fibers can absorb almost 3.8 liters of water per 0.5 kilo, making it one of the most absorbent fabrics. The test below shows how water is quickly absorbed by the fabric. Dore & Rose silk repels liquids and allows them to simply slide off. This is similar to what happens to the skin at night. Our products have obtained SGS certificates and carry OEKO-TEX certification. Washing instructions Silk is a natural material, similar to the composition of human hair. It cannot be washed in hot water as it will be damaged. Therefore, silk is usually washed in room temperature water and it is best to use neutral detergent. When washing at 30 degrees, the pillowcase is still cleaned, even if it is not washed at 60+ degrees. Due to the silver ion technology, the fabric retains 99.7% antibacterial properties and does not need to be washed at high temperatures to kill bacteria. Hand wash in lukewarm water with a pH neutral detergent. Do not tumble dry. Hang to dry. Do not try to wring out. Instead, gently roll out with a towel. You can absolutely go to the dry cleaners if you want.
